   ایک بوڑھا آدمی عدالت میں داخل ہوا تاکہ اپنی شکایت (مقدمہ) قاضی کےسامنے پیش کرے- قاضی نےپوچھا آپ کامقدمہ کس کے خلاف ہے؟ اس نےکہا اپنے بیٹے کے خلاف۔قاضی حیران ہوا اور پوچھا کیا شکایت ہے،بوڑھے نے کہا،میں اپنے بیٹے سے اس کی استطاعت کے مطابق ماہانہ خرچہ مانگ رہا ہوں،قاضی نے کہا یہ تو آپ کا اپنے بیٹے پر ایسا حق ہے کہ جس کے دلائل سننے کی ضرورت ہی نہیں ہے بوڑھے نے کہا قاضی صاحب ! اس کے باوجود کہ میں مالدار ہوں اور پیسوں کا محتاج نہیں ہوں،لیکن میں چاہتا ہوں کہ اپنے بیٹے سے ماہانہ خرچہ وصول کرتا رہوں- قاضی حیرت میں پڑ گیا اور اس سے اس کے بیٹے کا نام اور پتہ لیکر اسے عدالت میں پیش ہونے کاحکم جاری کیا۔بیٹا عدالت میں حاضر ہوا تو قاضی نے اس سے پوچھا کیا یہ آپ کے والد ہیں؟ بیٹے نے کہا جی ہاں یہ میرے والد ہیں- قاضی نے کہا انہوں نے آپ کے خلاف مقدمہ دائر کیا ہے کہ آپ ان کو ماہانہ خرچہ ادا کرتے رہیں چاہے کتنا ہی معمولی کیوں نہ ہو- بیٹے نے حیرت سے کہا،وہ مجھ سے خرچہ کیوں مانگ رہے ہیں جبکہ وہ خود بہت مالدار ہیں اور انہیں میری مدد کی ضرورت ہی نہیں ہے- قاضی نے کہا یہ آپ کے والد کا تقاضا ہے اور وہ اپنے تقا

ایک بُوڑھے شیخ کو اپنا ایک مُرغا بہت پیارا تھا۔ اچانک ایک دِن وہ چوری ہو گیا۔ اُسنے اپنے نوکر چاکر بٙھگائے، پُورا قبیلہ چھان مارا مگر مُرغا نہیں مِلا۔ مُلازموں نے کہا کہ مُرغے کو کوئی جانور کھا گیا ہو گا۔ بُوڑھے شیخ نے مُرغے کے پٙر اور کھال ڈھونڈنے کا حُکم دِیا۔ مُلازم حیران ہو کر ڈھونڈنے نِکل پڑے مگر بے سُود۔ شیخ نے ایک اونٹ ذِبح کِیا اور پُورے قبیلے کے عٙمائدین  کی دعوت کر ڈالی۔ جب وہ کھانے سے فارغ ہُوئے تو شیخ نے اُن سے اپنا مُرغا گُم ہونے کے بارے میں ذِکر کِیا اور اُن سے اُسے ڈُھونڈھنے میں مدد کی درخواست کی۔ کُچھ زیرِ لٙب مُسکرائے، کُچھ نے بُوڑھے کو خٙبطی سٙمجھا۔مگر وعدہ کِیا کہ کوشش کریں گے۔ باہر نِکل کر مُرغے کی تلاش پر اُونٹ ذِبح کرنے پر خوب گٙپ شٙپ ہُوئی۔  کُچھ دِن بعد قبیلہ سے بٙکری چوری ہُو گئی۔ غریب آدمی کی تھی، وہ ڈھونڈ ڈھانڈ کر خاموش ہو گیا۔ شیخ کے عِلم میں جب یہ بات آئی تو اُس نے پِھر ایک اونٹ ذِبح کِیا اور دعوت کر ڈالی۔ جب لوگ کھانے سے فارغ ہُوئے تو اس نے پِھر مُرغے کی تلاش اور بکری کا قِصہ چھیڑا اور قبیلے سے کہا کہ اُس کا مُرغا ڈھونڈ دیں۔ اب تو کُچھ نے اُسے بُرا بٙھلا ک
