CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP OFFICER

Crown Group of Companies is currently looking for the position of:

  

 *𝐉𝐎𝐁 𝐓𝐈𝐓𝐋𝐄:* Customer Relationship Officer (Siemens Chowrangi).

 

 *𝐄𝐗𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐂𝐄:*

·        Proven experience of 1.5 to 2 years or a similar role.

*𝐉𝐎𝐁 𝐃𝐄𝐒𝐂𝐑𝐈𝐏𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍:* 

·        Responsively address inbound calls pertaining to Crown Solar inquiries.

·        Provide comprehensive guidance and support to customers, ensuring their queries are effectively resolved.

·        Proactively source potential leads through various social media platforms.

·        Systematically organize and maintain lead data to ensure accuracy and accessibility.

·        Engage in proactive outreach, including cold calling to nurture and convert leads.

·        These responsibilities reflect a strong commitment to customer service and lead generation.

·        A customer-centric mindset.

·        Implement retention strategies to reduce customer churn.

*𝐒𝐊𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐒 & 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒:*

·        Good working knowledge of MS Office

·        Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

·        Experience of delivering excellent customer service both face-to-face and over the telephone

·        Professional attitude and appearance

·        Excellent organizational skills

·        Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

*𝐐𝐔𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍:* Intermediate /Bachelors or a related field

 *𝐋𝐎𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍:* S.I.T.E Area Office, Near Siemens Chowrangi Karachi.

 *𝐓𝐈𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐒:* 10:00 am to 06:00 pm
