Karachi, Pakistan: Today on August 21, 2020 heaviest spell of rain took place in Karachi at about 3:00 pm in the day. This spell of rain started from North of Karachi and maximum 170 mm rain took place in Surjani Town,Karachi.
After heavy rain north area of Biggest city of Pakistan converted into river and peoples trapped in heavy rain, motorcycles, Cars, Rakshows and other vehicles sank into the rainy water. Drains boiled, severage and rain water mixed and entered into vehicles and also in the homes. Furniture and all other homes' valuables were floating in the water.
Some casualties and injuries also took place due to today's heavy rain. Again all provincial, local and Federal government as well as their departments failed to save citizens of biggest city of Pakistan.
As usual citizens of Karachi again requesting to all governments and institutions that please take it seriously and do the needful immediately.
