 INCREASE IN TAX ON SALARY 


Pakistani finance minister Mr. Auranzaib day before yesterday announced in an event that if we will not meet our targets in the collection of tax then we will increase tax on the salary person.


is this the right statement by a Federal government minister? while we are already paying them double tax from our salary in the current financial year (2024-2025) as compared to the previous financial year (2023-2024).


He also stated that the middle class must play a role in increasing tax collection.


We (salary person) are already paying tax to the government from our salaries on the higher side. we are not only paying from salary, we are also paying taxes on multiple things other than Salary.


We are requesting to concern authorities that please pay your sincere attention towards burning issue of tax and give relief to us. So, we will be able to avoid bad circumstances due to inflation and price hikes on items of basic needs.

ایک بُوڑھے شیخ کو اپنا ایک مُرغا بہت پیارا تھا۔ اچانک ایک دِن وہ چوری ہو گیا۔ اُسنے اپنے نوکر چاکر بٙھگائے، پُورا قبیلہ چھان مارا مگر مُرغا نہیں مِلا۔ مُلازموں نے کہا کہ مُرغے کو کوئی جانور کھا گیا ہو گا۔ بُوڑھے شیخ نے مُرغے کے پٙر اور کھال ڈھونڈنے کا حُکم دِیا۔ مُلازم حیران ہو کر ڈھونڈنے نِکل پڑے مگر بے سُود۔ شیخ نے ایک اونٹ ذِبح کِیا اور پُورے قبیلے کے عٙمائدین  کی دعوت کر ڈالی۔ جب وہ کھانے سے فارغ ہُوئے تو شیخ نے اُن سے اپنا مُرغا گُم ہونے کے بارے میں ذِکر کِیا اور اُن سے اُسے ڈُھونڈھنے میں مدد کی درخواست کی۔ کُچھ زیرِ لٙب مُسکرائے، کُچھ نے بُوڑھے کو خٙبطی سٙمجھا۔مگر وعدہ کِیا کہ کوشش کریں گے۔ باہر نِکل کر مُرغے کی تلاش پر اُونٹ ذِبح کرنے پر خوب گٙپ شٙپ ہُوئی۔  کُچھ دِن بعد قبیلہ سے بٙکری چوری ہُو گئی۔ غریب آدمی کی تھی، وہ ڈھونڈ ڈھانڈ کر خاموش ہو گیا۔ شیخ کے عِلم میں جب یہ بات آئی تو اُس نے پِھر ایک اونٹ ذِبح کِیا اور دعوت کر ڈالی۔ جب لوگ کھانے سے فارغ ہُوئے تو اس نے پِھر مُرغے کی تلاش اور بکری کا قِصہ چھیڑا اور قبیلے سے کہا کہ اُس کا مُرغا ڈھونڈ دیں۔ اب تو کُچھ نے اُسے بُر...
